Food & Beverage Bartender Bus Person Host/Hostess Ski Cafe Worker Wait-staff Lodging Bell Staff Front Desk Agent Outside Operations Grounds Technician (Snow Removal/Snowplowing) Ski Lift Ticket Checker Ski Lift Operator Ski/Snowboard Instructors Reservations Reservations Agent Featured Positions Beverage Manager Will be responsible for daily operations of bar areas, including training, managing and scheduling of employees. Must be proficient with daily paperwork. Works directly with Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, Executive Chef, and Conference Service Managers. Management experience relating to Food & Beverage supervision is required. Must possess strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer, including ordering, pricing and food pairing. HVAC Technician Responsible for all repairs/installations/maintenance of commercial/residential HVAC equipment, laundry equipment, and kitchen equipment through out the Resort Required to assist with general maintenance other then HVAC of resort and help when needed with meeting room set up functions. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification for Type I & II or universal preferred, State mechanical license preferred, Valid Michigan driver’s license required (must be insurable).
