Shanty Creek's Golf Academy offers private and group instruction. Lesson packages can be customized to include lodging and rounds of golf on one (or more!) of our spectacular championship golf courses. Our Professional Instruction staff has a tremendous resume and history of helping golfers of all abilities improve their game.
For players of all levels, Shanty Creek's Golf Academy team of PGA Professionals will identify your swing’s “opportunities” and display effective techniques, and practice tips for improving all aspects of your game including distance, accuracy, approach shots, hazard saves, chipping, and putting.

The River Bistro at Cedar River features chic appetizers and sandwiches, specialty sides, cocktails, and more.
Overlooking the 18th green, the Bistro’s big screen TVs and tavern sports (billiards, air hockey, darts) only add to the menu. A year-round patio also features views of Schuss Mountain’s north slopes and the Purple Lift.

During ski season, Ivan’s slope-side location between the Pink and Blue chairlifts make it an easy Grab-n-Go skier’s cafeteria with chicken fingers, pizza slices and much more. Don’t be surprised by the more impressive fare including homemade pot pies, chili and soups, and of course the famous Ivan's Pickle.
